Conditions of Business (March 2008)
These conditions do not affect
your statutory rights
Pre-Ordering Terms
Coill
Design will provide a quotation free of charge.
Quotations are valid for 6 weeks from the date
of Issue
Once an Order has been placed
and deposit paid the quoted price will not change for that
specific order.
A non-refundable deposit
is required when ordering wedding stationery, this deposit varies
depending upon size of order.
Payment of
50%
of the quoted price is required when proofs are returned and approved for
printing.
When placing an order it is
agreed that you have read the terms & conditions shown here and that you
agree with them.
Remittance
Terms
All goods
remain the property of ‘Coill Design’ until paid for in Full.
Pre-Delivery
Stationery
takes approximately 6
weeks to be delivered from the time proofs are returned
and approved for printing.
The remaining balance of the
quoted price is payable before despatch or on collection of stationery
Delivery of stationery is
available via an post registered postal service, delivery charges will apply
and are based on an post rates and a small packing fee.
'Coill Design' does not take
any responsibility for errors not mentioned when signed proofs are returned
for printing.
Additional changes & the
creation of new proofs will incur a charge, which is payable before futher
work is carried out.
'Coill Design' will try to
complete all work within a specified timeframe, however 'Coill Design' will
not accept any responsibility for delays caused by Events Beyond our
Control.
Events
Beyond our Control
We shall have
no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered, or
any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is
caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including,
without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes,
breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Variations
As with all handmade and
handcrafted pieces of artwork variations may occur between each crafted
item, 'Coill Design' do not guarantee that each item will be identical.

Privacy Policy
‘Coill Design’
are committed to protecting your privacy.
Information we collect about
you.
We collect
information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process and deliver your
order and secondly, to provide you with the best possible service. We will
not e-mail you except in connection with your current order or query unless
you are subscribed to our mailing list. We will not supply any of your
details to any third party in the future except for the purposes of debt
recovery, unless required by law.
Your personal information will
only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.
Errors
If you realise that you have
made an error after returning the proof for printing please
contact us immediately and we
will try our best to make the necessary changes.
If printing has commenced before an error has been raised to us a charge
will apply for any changes and re-printing that is required.
In the unlikely eventthat
we are responsible for an error in your wedding stationery we will replace
the wedding stationery for you as soon as we possibly can, at no charge

This website has been designed, built and is maintained by a third party. 'Coill
Design' try to keep all information on this site up to date with current
correct information. However 'Coill Design' do not guarantee that all
information is correct at all times. This website is constantly in a state
of change with additions and changes happening often. If you notice a
discrepancy on this website please contact

media being viewed online, colours on screen may not match finished product
Governing
Law
This contract
between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Irish law
and the Irish courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between
us.
General Jurisdiction
Disclaimer
This site is
targeted at residents of Ireland. If you are not a resident of Ireland
please do not use this site without contacting us first. In listing your place of residence and delivery
address in our order form, you are representing to us that you are a
resident of Ireland. This is a representation on which we rely prior to
accepting your offer to purchase our advertised goods and services.
Complaints Procedure
In the
unlikely event that you have a complaint concerning an order through 'Coill
Design', then please e-mail us at
info@coilldesign.ie
We will
acknowledge receipt of your email within 1 working week. A senior manager at
‘Coill Design’ will personally deal with your complaint and you will be kept
informed during all stages of the complaints procedure.
Liability
If the goods
we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the
delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you
unless you notify us in writing (e.g. by email) at our contact postal or
email address of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the
goods in question.
If you do not
receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered
them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at
our contact address of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you
ordered the goods.
If you notify
a problem to us under this condition our only obligation will be, at your
option:-
a) to make good any shortage or non-delivery,
b) to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective, or
c) to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in
whatever way we choose.
Save as
precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or
consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business
or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under
this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way
of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the
goods in question under paragraph c) above.
You must
observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation,
including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to
purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of
our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no
representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of
the goods you purchased.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is
intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable
local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded.
